Product Overview
This is a RARE US Assistant Secretary to the Navy Flag. It has "ASST SECY NAVY PARADE M I 45" printed on the hoist. It is in really great condition for it's age. There are some stains and tears, please see pictures for more details. This would be absolutely incredible framed in a raw wood shadowbox.
NOTE: I use painters tape to hold the flag to photograph it, you can see the black in the photos.
