This is a remarkable vintage knife housed in a red leather sheath. I was told it may be African in origin, thoughI cannot confirm with certainty. The piece shows its age beautifully, with a rich patina that speaks to years of use and history. The blade fits snugly in the sheath - requiring a bit of pull - but slides fully in and out.
