This is a really cool piece of vintage art. This indigenous chief is painted on a small piece of wood and it signed at the bottom. There looks like a tepee in the signature which is really cool as well. This piece can be displayed flat or hanging. The artst was Theodore "Ted" Dewitt Mahto Jr. of the Red Lake Nation of Chippewa.
