This vintage prison shank has a cloth handle that has black stains. It has a wrist strap and a sticker with the letters "SCCF". I do not know what it stands for but it could mean, SOUTH CAROLINA CORRECTIONAL FACILITY, but that is just a guess. Please see pictures for more details.
