This is an amazing painting of a Parsian Cafe by a Norwegian artist named Ornulf Meidell. The vibrant colors looks so beautiful. It is signed and it is also scribed at the bottom left. I cannot make out what it says or what it translates to. On the back it gives a little history of the artist in Norwegian. Google translated it roughly to:

born 1915, (Norwegian). Pupil of well known Danish and Norwegian painters, as well as taught by the painter Kai Fjell, Norway. Solo exhibition 1944, 1946, 1950. Participated in a collective exhibition in Kunstneremes Hus. Oslo, as well as in 1951 at the anniversary exhibition in Seijord. Represented in several well known collections and art associations at home and abroad. Studied abroad."
