This is such an amazing piece of history! This is an antique WW2 military observer plate. These were issued as part of a variation in training (air observer) for flight support personnel and drilled onto the plane. This has a beautiful patina and shade of blue. The wings and anchor are perfectly imperfect. There are 4 holes in the corners. This would look absolutely amazing hung on a wall with other art. Please see pictures for more details.
